If you want to master your day, you must learn to master your morning

Self-discipline is the key to unlocking your full potential, making a choice of how you want to start your day and following through. This will create massive momentum and everything will move and rise with it.

How you start your day will set the tone for the rest of your day.

    I really like this saying it’s soo very true when I work out I do it in the morning because it makes me feel soo much better for the day its harder to wait till later in the day to do it

    I have been working towards this… this week I worked on decluttering my bedroom and creating a space where I can meditate first thing to set a positive tone for my day. I am looking forward to adding more positivity to my routine.
