The Fit Club is an all-in-one platform where we will help you with MINDSET, NUTRITION and TRAINING.
We have programs and meal plans to fit your lifestyle and goals.
NUTRITION:
I teach a flexible approach to nutrition to help you reach your goals and sustain them. Trust me, I am a busy mom with a family to feed, so I need easy, yummy, and the whole family to eat it.
With the FCB membership, you will have access to the monthly meal plans with vegan options as well, and all the previous meal plans to avoid getting bored. We also have an amazing recipe library where you can swap out any recipe you don’t like or create a meal plan from all your faves.
All the meal plans come with recipes, grocery lists, nutrition facts/ macro breakdowns for those that track their macros. All the recipes are macro balanced, so you will get everything you need to improve energy levels, balance hormones, sleep, and mood, and help you burn fat or build muscle if that’s your goal.
WORKOUTS:
You will have access to all the workout programs so you can do the workouts you love that fit your goals, lifestyle and schedule.
All of our programs come with HOME & GYM options, modifications and exercise swaps-outs, making it easy to do your workouts anywhere.
COACHING:
I personally coach you from the start to finish of your programs; you will do check-ins with me biweekly that are done right on this platform. We will go over your goals, training, nutrition and mindset.
MINDSET:
Each week in our FCB Facebook group, at 12 noon, I go live and do mindset coaching with the whole community of FCB’s.
COMMUNITY & SUPPORT
We have an amazing community with like-minded women that will support you and encourage you along your journey.
