I’ve been a personal trainer for 15 years and a nutrition coach for the past seven years.
I am a transformation coach because I don’t only create workout programs and meal plans; I help you with your mindset.
I am a mom of 2 amazing girls and married to my best friend. I am the owner and creator of the Fit Club, where I give women the tools to reach their health and fitness goals.
I have competed in 3 bodybuilding shows and have had many transformations. I know what it takes to change your body, mind and life, and it’s no cakewalk, but it is possible.
Your mind is your biggest battle for changing your body, and without working on that, your results are not possible.

I’m Hannah Dawson, your transformation coach!
I struggled with my image from the time I was a little girl, and it led me down many hard roads. I grew up in homes with addiction and abuse, this was an internal struggle for me. I dealt with my emotions by consuming food as an outlet for these feelings. My comfort zone of food led me to an eating disorder, body dysmorphia and attempted suicide. I persevered, and that journey is what led me to the gym and where my love for fitness began. Fitness was a Godsend in my life.
Although it took me until after having my two beautiful daughters, two fitness competitions, breast implants and then the removal of them to realize what real beauty is and what self-acceptance would require.
I was always trying to fill in and fix my outer shell what God could only fill internally.
Although this has been a long road seeing who I am, it’s worth it. Without those trials, I wouldn’t be who I am today, and I wouldn’t be able to share the truth and help other moms love the skin they are in.
I think our world is fixated on external appearance so much that it suffocates our soul and purpose as women and mothers.
We as women have a powerful influence in our children’s lives, and those around us. It can be used for good or become toxic. I know for me as a women, mom, wife I want to give my daughters the best experience possible.
I believe as women we need to be fit in all aspects which I call PMS – no pun intended. (Physical, mental & spiritual).
I believe a true transformation can’t happen unless we apply all 3 PMS Pillars:
I understand the busyness of the life and relate to the guilt we can feel from doing things for ourselves. Remember if we don’t take care of our physical, mental and spiritual needs we can’t be the women we desire to be.
Think back to what a stewardess says on the plane “put on your oxygen mask first before anyone else’s because if you don’t, you are unable to help those around you.
I believe food affects your mood as a woman and this can be such a challenge.
That’s why I’ve created meals plans that help with PMS; the real one this time ;). Food that your family can eat, lunch and snack ideas for the little munchkins during the school season. My meal plans not only will fit your life, family, and budget but your skinny jeans as well
