You wont have to be disciplined forever

What’s up my beautiful friend,

 you won’t have to be disciplined forever

I think in the beginning when things feel challenging we think how can I do this forever, the good news is you don’t. The beginning, however, will require you to bring that disciplined and yes it’s hard work but I promise it’s so worth it. If you keep at it eventually what was once hard now will be a habit.

Think about the life you want to create and the woman you want to be? what habits does she have? if you were your best self already, what does that look like? From there create the habits to move in that direction.

TIP: Start small, us women can feel like we have to change everything at once but that leads to an all or nothing mentality and you’ll soon find yourself warn out.

In the FCB each month we have a mindset focus and within that focus we have weekly challenges that will help you build habits that will reach your goal.

Remember this has to become a lifestyle change, not just in one area but in all areas and this takes time, focus, patience and discipline.

I know you can do it!

Rember if you believe you can your halfway there!

    So true. I’m a huge all or nothing person and have learned to slow down and enjoy the process. 80/20 in life and health.

    “If you keep at it, eventually what was once hard will now be a habit” resonated with me the most. It is so true! It becomes a lifestyle and no longer something you have to do but something you want to do!
