Happy Wednesday

REASON’S WHY YOU MAY NOT BE LOSING WEIGHT… ( see image)

In the FCB we are all about balance when it comes to our nutrition. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That said you still need to adhere to your caloric intake and account for all the calories you consume or you’ll be in a surplus when you are trying to be in a deficit.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
These are a few ways you can see that would stop your weight loss. Now, these are not BAD, they just won’t get you to your goal if you don’t track or pay attention to them.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It’s amazing how quickly these calories can add up, so if you can avoid them or limit them well you’re trying to lose when they do.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you need to have a treat once in a while that’s ok to just make sure you input it into your weekly or daily calories.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

    I usually make my coffee at home and limit the cream and use a sugar sub, however the last few days I’ve had coffees from Tim Hortons and McDonald’s. I was shocked when I put them in MFP and saw how much MORE they are.

    Tracking is a struggle for me…I get lazy!! And my prepping has not been happening…time to change that!
