MAKE SURE YOU SET YOUR NOTIFICATIONS IN ALIGNMENT WITH YOUR HIGHEST SELF!

 

TURN OFF:

Comparison: turn on this notification it will rob you of your energy and joy

 

TURN ON:

Write your goals: Write your goals daily and have them where you can see them. Make sure everything you do today moves you towards them.

 

Be present: everything you do today try and be present at that moment don’t let worry steal your time.

Be grateful: it’s hard to be worried, anxious, or sad when we are grateful. Make a list of everything you are grateful for each and every day.

 

Be yourself: don’t be afraid to be you! not everyone is going to like you!

But you need to like yourself! so be you unapologetically.

Don’t worry you will attract people into your life that love you for you and you will repel all those that don’t align with you and that’s what you want.
