“THE SECRET TO HAVING IT ALL IS BELIEVING YOU ALREADY DO.”

 

You will only have what you believe. That’s why getting your mind and thought life right is so important.

 

You have to believe you already have everything you need inside you.

 

Whatever that thing you are working toward, if you believe it’s already your, you will act in a way that will produce those results in your life.

 

That’s why in the  PDS journal, I have a section in it where you can write your goals as affirmations.

 

It’s important to rewrite your goals as affirmations; this puts your mind, heart and body in a posture of gratitude and will only attract good things and lift you.

 

Start today by rewriting your goal as already received and in an affirmation.

 

Example:

I am fit, healthy and full of energy

I am so grateful to be at my goal of (input your goal weight)

I am so happy and grateful that I can do 10 full-body pull-ups

I am so happy and grateful that I love getting up and doing my workouts each day

I am so happy and grateful that I love eating healthy, and meal prepping is enjoyable.

 

Whatever yours are, they are yours, so dont hold back.

 

Say your goals as affirmations and see how it changes the way you see yourself.

 

You have to say them everyday day
