I use to resonate with the left side of this picture and I never knew I was focused on all the wrong things.
It’s so important to understand that your results come from a lifestyle and behaviours you can create into healthy habits. If you can’t do it forever it’s not the right direction.
Trust me when I say, less is more! Start small!
What can you do today that you could implement tomorrow that would complement your life, health & goals?
💦Drink more water?
😴Go to bed at a decent time and try and get between 7-9 hrs of sleep.
👟Set some step goals each day and try and move more.
🍗🐟🌱 Try and incorporate lean proteins sources or plant-based proteins sources with each meal.
🍏Have healthy snacks prepared and ready to go if your on the move.
⏰ create a routine that will create an atmosphere where it inspires you to make healthier choices.
