“WHEN YOU FOCUS ON THE GOOD, THE GOOD GETS BETTER”

 

What you focus on, you magnify in your life, just like a magnifying glass helps you see something more extensive. You will find the silver lining when you start disciplining yourself to focus on the good even through trials and tribulations.

 

Looking back now, those times when I thought everything was falling apart, it was falling into place. I take those moments of realization and apply them to challenge times I may be going through in the present to remind myself I have the power to magnify either the positive or negative in my life.

 

Just know that everything is always working for your good if you choose to see it that way. To get stronger, we must face resistance, just as we need weights to work out to grow muscle adn overcome the weight’s resistance. Your life will have challenges and trials for you to learn how to use them to make you stronger, not weaker.

    So true. What you give focus and thought on will come through stronger. Just have to choose what you are going to feed and allow to grow in you. I’ve heard this often in my life, it’s always a good reminder to remember what to focus on.
