FCB 5 PILLARS TO A SUCCESSFUL TRANSFORMATION

  1. MINDSET: attitude, beliefs, habits & behaviours
  2. NUTRITION: quality nutrition/macros/calories / flexible dieting/education/ 80% Whole food -20% Soul food
  3. TRAINING: weight lifting & progressive overload
  4. CARDIO: This is an accelerator to burn fat, but it is not the most important and should be done properly. DO NOT OVERDO CARDIO. It’s like the sprinkles on the cake.
  5. CONSISTENCY: this is your most important. You will not achieve your result if you are not consistent, you must show up no matter how you feel, and you must get rid of the perfectionist mindset. YOU WILL NOT DO THIS PERFECTLY

Mindset is your foundation, and consistency is the supporting bean! You cannot get results that will last without both of these!
