Motivation Monday

REFOCUS

READJUST

RESTART

As many times as you need to!

JUST DONT GIVE UP!

We forget that this is a journey, and we are human, so room for error is expected. However, we think we are these machines that can go from A-B seamlessly without F$# ups. 

Dont forget that our mess-ups are what makes the masterpiece; your ability to bounce back is your strength.

Check your ego at the door because ego can’t go with you where you want to go.

The more you can reset your focus when you get distracted is vital! Your ability and humility to readjust and restart are everything.

Just remember this journey is trial and error.

Just because you mess up doesn’t mean it’s the end. It just means what you were doing wasn’t working, so you have to find another way and keep going.

    Couldn’t agree more. One step and day at a time. If you mess up don’t give up. Tomorrow is another day to give it a try. Stay focused and you will do great things!

    These are the words I needed to hear on this Monday!
    I keep reminding myself (especially after check-in yesterday) it’s a journey, not a race…..
