“ JUST BECAUSE YOU GOT A FLAT TIRE DOESN’T MEAN YOU POP THE OTHER THREE.

JUST BECAUSE YOU HAD ONE SLIP UP DOESN’T MEAN YOU SABOTAGE THE REST OF YOUR DAY”

Happy Monday

It’s a new week and a great day to be alive!

The best thing to do when you fall is to get back up and keep going. The faster you can get up the faster you will come back.

Don’t beat yourself up for making mistakes, OWN IT, FORGIVE yourself and move on.

And remember……  PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION

This really hits home for me!
I’ve got a arm injury but doesn’t mean I can’t move the rest of my body!
I’m staying focused, love these for my mindset!

My work out this morning – I wanted to quit. But I told myself to take a quick break and keep going

It’s a constant work in progress even if I do feel like I’ve failed. What I have to keep reminding myself if stop trying to be perfect and just be real. Going to make mistakes and that’s ok. Keep putting one foot in front of the other!

    🌟PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION
It’s my new fave!!! I’ve always had this all or nothing mentality with eating and exercising. Now I just remind myself of this daily, if I slip up and have a treat, it’s not the end of the world. Just continue on and get back on track! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
    Love it!!! 💪🏼
