When we strive for things outside of us to make us happy it always leaves us depleted, defeated and disappointed.
Learn to focus on getting stronger in your workouts, stronger with your choices stronger in your mindset and everything will change.
IN the FCB I really teach all the women to track their workouts, nutrition, and mindset. If you can focus on changing this daily that will create habits that will get you closer to your goal you will fall in love with the process.

Mindset is a big one. Always a work in progress. Without mindset it all falls apart.
Thanks Hannah, I need this constant reminder! I remind myself constantly that it’s not about the numbers but how my progress is going with respect to the ease of workouts and my ability to push harder now 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
I love this getting strong not skinny it really puts me in the right direction as to focus on things that I didn’t think was priority but im learning and im going to do this right
