Let us not grow weary in doing good

And let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up

Galatians 6:9

This Scripture is so powerful for your fitness journey; it’s important to remember that the day you plant the seed is not the day you reap the harvest.

Every day you do something aligned with your health and fitness goal; you are doing good!

Dont grow tired or discouraged when you do not see the results you want as fast as you want or as fast as your friend is.

Dont get distracted by others’ results and highlights of their journey that will only act as your kryptonite and drain you of any fuel you had to keep going.

Just be consistent in focusing on one day at a time and doing today what you said you were going to; that’s it.

If you keep going eventually, you will get to your goal, and you will have built an amazing life doing it.

    Love this!!
    It so true about getting distracted easily by watching other peoples journey .:. It’s so easy to get disco when we compare ourselves to others.

    This time I’m staying in my own lane and “going the speed limit” so I don’t crash and burn … it’s not about perfection … 💜 all or nothing mindset is a disaster waiting to happen

    I love this! This is exactly what is most important because it is so easy to get distracted or give up if not seeing immediate results. We are a very “instant gratification” society, so I find we give up easily if we do not instantly what we are wanting, whether its instant fat loss or instant muscle gain. Remembering that each step, however small, is a step in the right direction and is very important to achieve what we want in the end.
