The more Disciplined you get the easier it becomes

The more you make it up in your mind that your health and fitness goals are non-neogible, the less you’ll sacrifice what you want now for what you want most.

The more disciplined you become, the stronger your mindset will get.

    Love this.

    I tried to talk myself out of my workout this morning… but just as quickly I talked myself back into it. It was non negotiable. I was getting needling in my back and knew I’d probably be too sore to do it after, so I sent my butt downstairs 💪🏼💪🏼
