WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- booty band
- bench/chair/ step
You have 3 exercises that you will do all in a row.
You have 5 reps of each then 4 then 3,2,1 NO REST until you have done one of each.
The goal is to get to one rep of each without breaks.
You will try this for 2-3 rounds.
1.Banded hop thrust (5,4,3,2,1)
2.Banded hip thrust with fly(5,4,3,2,1)
3. Banded thrust hold with fly(5,4,3,2,1)
Remember do 5 reps of each and then back to the first one and go down that ladder trying not to take any breaks. you may rest between rounds but not during the reps.
