See the big picture but focus on the process.

It’s all about the process and who you become in that process that matters most.

If we get distracted by the big picture, we can get out of the process prematurely, which only kills our mindset ( foundation). Quick fixes that promise instant results cannot provide you with the foundation to sustain those results.

It’s all about the process; this is not a get rich or slim quick scheme. You have to get your mindset ready to break some limiting beliefs and do the work and build discipline.

Build a process( daily habits) that you love and look forward to. Yes, sometimes you won’t feel like doing it, but you will do it anyway because of how it makes you feel after.

When you fall in love with the process, the results will follow.

    This has been my goal these past 2 weeks! To shift my focus. I am establishing a healthy life and that is what is important. I have stayed off the scale which is a big victory for me 🎉 baby steps towards a healthier life overall.

    I was literally thinking to myself the other day, something is changing. I can feel it 😊
    My mindset is shifting and it’s slowly become daily habit. Making the right choices daily…and forgiving myself if I slip up, instead of spiralling in to destructive self talk. I just course correct and keep moving forward 😊
    The change feels so good, it’s almost emotional 🥲 😂🥰

    The process is KEY. I’ve always been someone who wants it done and wants it done now. Hard work when I didn’t see results I thought what’s the point? But trusting this process/journey has been everything and after many many months over a year those results came. Still a ways to go but it’s the process that will keep me going.
