I know this can be hard, patience is hard in our instant world.

You won’t achieve your dream body without patience and consistency.

 

If you think you can just do some workouts here and there and eat one or two clean days a week and see results you won’t, you need to have a plan and follow that plan and track your progress.

 

Now, this doesn’t mean you have had a relaxed day or one or two treat days just as long as what takes priority takes up 80% of your time.

 

Every step you take, every choice you make is either moving you towards your goal or away from your goal.

    Nothing in life especially your health comes easy in life we have to be consistent 💯 in order to get to where we want I live it im new to your program but I’ve been on my health journey since Jan but my workouts since Feb im on DAY 200 today yay
