Focus on everything your body does for you

You have way more blessings than you realize if you start thinking about your heart beating without you even telling it to or your lunges breathing without you having to do anything?

What about your senses? Being able to See? Hear? Talk? Smell? What about your ability to move?

What about your ability to think for yourself? Your ability to control your thoughts and learn new things?

The fact is if you focus on everything your body does for you, you will be a much happier person, full of energy, and you will see the results you want.

If you are honed into the scale, not moving fast enough and give up solely on that?

Think about it?  You are disregarding everything else based on a number not changing in the time frame you would like it too?

What this says is your mind is untrained. You let your thoughts control you; you are unwilling to educate yourself on what it takes to reach your goal because you are looking for quick fixes.

I dont mean to sound negative or make you feel bad, but at what point will you take responsibility for where you are? You and only you can fix this. NOT the next fad diet, diet pill, cream, potion, lotion, plastic surgery, waister trainer or the perfect exercise will fix this.

You have to switch your focus! You have so much more going for you than you realize, and once you wake up, you will see everything you have to be grateful for.

CHANGE YOUR FOCUS; THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!

    Some days it’s hard to keep my focus where it needs to be because past experiences cloud my path. I am getting better and stronger at keeping my focus on where I am going.

    After a lifetime of focusing on a number on the scale I am learning to let that not be my sole focus and its a challenge some days, but its getting better all the time.
