FIT CLUB WORKOUT Q&A
How many workouts a week?
The fit club consists of 5 workouts a week but you have the option to add an extra day or do as little as 2 days a week. My workout program gives you the option to choose what you want based on your goals.
How long are the workouts?
The workouts can range from 20- 60 minutes it all depends on what you’re doing and what you choose. My programs have the option to shorten or lengthen based on your time frame and goals.
What if I don’t have a gym membership?
All my workout programs give you the option for home or gym, you can choose.
What if I can’t do some of the exercises or don’t have certain equipment?
I give modifications for everything as well as other options.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, when you sign up you have the option to cancel you are not locked into anything.
I don’t do refunds on any of my programs once you sign up you may cancel at any time and still have access to your workouts until the allotted time.

Why can I see the recipe picture but not the recipe?
The recipes are members-only access that is included in the Fit Club when you sign up.
What if Im Vegan or Vegatarian?
Yes I have vegan options
Is the meal plans custom?
The meal plans are not customized to each person but they come with macros and nutrition facts if you want to track your macros.
Will I lose weight on the meal plan?
All my meal plans range from 1400-1800 calories, so with consistent training and sticking to your nutrition you will see results yes.
If I want to put muscle on can I on your meal plans?
Again that comes down to your personal macros and consistent training, but yes you can I have muscle building workouts and high carn recipes.
If I don’t like a recipe on the meal plan can I swap it?
Yes! I have lots of recipe swap-outs
What If I don’t eat a certain ingredient in the recipe can I take it out?
Yes as long as you replace it if its a macro ( protein, carb or fat)
Example: I don’t like beef you can swap for another protein like chicken.
Or Avocado you can replace with nuts or nut butter.
you don’t like rice can I swap for sweet potato, yes
If its spices or anything like that you can take them out.
I’m Celiac or have food intolerances?
I don’t customize to this but that being said I have lots of recipe swap outs to choose from. Also, I don’t have too many recipes with dairy or gluten.
Can I work out when I’m sick?
I wouldn’t recommend it, when you are sick your body needs to use that energy to get better so working out could make it worse.
If I miss a workout should I double up my workout?
No just start the next day from where you left off, remember you are creating a lifestyle and healthy habits. Doubling a workout is only for athletes that have too, doubling your workouts can cause overtraining and lead to injury and adrenal fatigue.
Should I workout fasted?
Its totally personal preference, If you can workout fasted then do, it If not just make sure you have eaten at least an hour before you train. A full belly is not the best to train on.
