Tips for overcoming your insecurities

Hey girl,

Let’s get serious and talk about something close to my heart.

In the past, I struggled with confidence and was insecure about my body. It’s TOTALLY normal to have those times when you’re feeling down or wishing you could look a different way. Beauty standards in the world are CRAZY.

But feeling insecure is holding you back.

First, I want you to know: You’re beautiful! Just the way you are. 😘

To figure out if you’re insecure about your body, answer these questions:
• 👎  Do you find yourself thinking or speaking aloud negative comments about your body?
• 👎  Do you look in the mirror and feel less than beautiful?
• 👎  Are you embarrassed by your body?
• 👎  Do you stop yourself from doing things because of your body?

TIPS FOR OVERCOMING YOUR INSECURITIES
Start by writing your favourite affirmations daily and say them out loud “I am Strong,” “I am Smart,” and “I am beautiful.”
Engage in activities you enjoy and make you feel confidant
Aim to do some self-care daily
Choose a few things you appreciate about your body and remind yourself of them when you have a negative thought.
Surround yourself with people that support you
Set small goals and crush them

I have a passion for helping women become the strong, fit, confident women they wish to be. I promise with effort, a positive mindset, and a support system; you can do it.

Remind yourself you’re beautiful today!
