No bake cheesecake cups
90 grams Digestive Biscuit
120 grams Cream Cheese, Regular
42 grams Honey
61 milliliter Coconut Cream
1 milliliter Vanilla Extract
62 grams Raspberries
Pulse the digestive biscuits in a food processor or blender until finely ground. Divide them evenly between cups.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, honey, coconut cream, and vanilla until fluffy and smooth.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crumbled biscuits. Let it set in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. Top with raspberries and enjoy!
Key lime pie in a cup
1/2 cup Granola
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 cups Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup Lime Juice
1 Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix (1 package)
Place granola in a blender WITH 1 TBSP OF COCONUT OIL
using a place 8×8 dish place the cheesecake base in there and press down with fingers. Place in the oven for 5-8 mins on low broil. Keep an eye on this so it doesn’t burn
in blender place cottage cheese, LIME juice, sugar-free vanilla pudding mix. Blend well
once the base is cool pour the filling into the dish. Refrigerate for 2-3hrs.
Divide into 4 containers
