Is your fitness & nutrition sustainable?
If you’re always falling off track and starting over, this one is for you!
You may fall off track because you have low self-discipline, but there’s also the factor of if your program is sustainable, which is very common.
Being forced to avoid foods you love will make you want them more!
Never being able to eat out may make you feel isolated from your friends.
Being tempted by foods all day long can get exhausting.
Doing a workout you hate will make you avoid exercise altogether.
A program that isn’t sustainable will produce results that are not sustainable, leaving you frustrated when you stay stuck on losing and gaining the same weight over and over.
Here are some tips for making it a lifestyle!
- Make your fitness & nutrition a priority.
You can’t go about life constantly cancelling appointments, essential meetings & events, so you need to stop doing it with your health!
Schedule your workouts & meal planning/prepping like you would any other necessary appointment.
- Start small.
Do not go all in off the hop. Start by incorporating a few workouts a week; a few prepped meals.
Building habits takes time, and we need to give ourselves grace during our journey.
- Include the things you love!
Doing workouts you hate all the time, and eating foods you don’t like will set you up for failure. We suggest you figure out what works for you and include those in your daily routine. In the fitclub you can choose your own program, & we teach flexibility when it comes to nutrition.
However, there will be days when you don’t enjoy every minute of the journey, but it will be much easier to succeed if you enjoy most of it.
- Do it for you!
Make sure you’re starting your journey for you because you want too!
Figure out your “why” and always stay focused on that!
Never let yourself compare yourself to others; start creating the healthiest and happiest YOU!
In the Fitclub this
- Hold yourself accountable!
Remind yourself of your goals and your WHY daily!
Track your workouts, check in on your mental health and mindset.
Note how you feel!
You can track your nutrition intake, workouts, weights you’re lifting, and reps you’re doing.
Over in the fitclub we do biweekly check-ins with coach hannah to help hold you accountable!
However your choose to hold yourself accountable, always keep your goals in mind!
