In the FCB we are big on making your journey a lifestyle, and it’s super important during the holidays you do not put extra stress on yourself,
We want you to focus more on intuitive eating, gratitude and self-care.

Listen to what your body is telling you, don’t overeat but do not miss out on those moments with those you love!

We practice the 80/20 rule so keep that in mind as well! 80% whole foods & 20% soul foods!
