I’ve been doing the program since September, making some big changes with my lifestyle.
I’ve been feeling a lot better, I no longer toss and turn all night while sleeping, I’m actually hungry during the day. I work a very physical job 5-6 days a week but still have energy to come home and workout.
A few years ago I broke my lower back in a snowmobiling accident and have had back pain ever since, more so during the night and always woke up sore, I replaced our mattress, I would sleep on the couch and nothing helped.
I no longer have back pain which is one of the biggest “wins” for me.
I always thought I could just do my own workout (never actually did) but following the guys program has made such an impact on things for me in such a short time.
Can’t wait to see where I’ll be further down the road.
