I eat better thanks to Hannah’s meal plans, I have more energy, I sleep better and I feel better about my self even if I haven’t seen big changes yet I know it’s a process and to just keep going. Hannah is an amazing coach trainer and I can not say enough about her and her programs. I set goals to workout 5 days a week to meal plan 2 days a week.
It’s not always easy with 4 kids a husband and working full time but I stopped making excuses and just set goals!!
