It’s hard having patience’s for change but consistency is key and will pay off! On days that motivation lacks I turn to Hannah podcast to get my self back into the groove or play the daily workout video rather than doing it alone.
I love the positivity from fit club babes on Facebook the support that keeps me going seeing all the Babes doing their workout also pushed me to say hey “I gotta go workout now” The last 5 weeks have put a new light on my life in a new prospective.
I eat better thanks to Hannah’s meal plans, I have more energy, I sleep better and I feel better about my self even if I haven’t seen big changes yet I know it’s a process and to just keep going. Hannah is an amazing coach trainer and I can not say enough about her and her programs. I set goals to workout 5 days a week to meal plan 2 days a week.
It’s not always easy with 4 kids a husband and working full time but I stopped making excuses and just set goals!!
