Hannah’s program is set up for you to succeed. All the meal plans and shopping list, along with daily workouts and reminders are key to helping you achieve your goals.
I was workout out consistently, and focusing on my nutrition and felt better physically, emotionally and mentally. I noticed I was sleeping better, giving me more energy to wake up and committed to my workouts.
Progress photos are an important piece to the puzzle to monitor your progress. I continued to measure myself at check ins and mindset on achieving goals is key!
