Benefits of a workout bestie!

Whether you have a gym bestie, a crew of ladies you train with or an online community, we are huge supporters of having a gym bestie….for more reasons than just the company!

When working out with someone, you will always have a spotter!
Ever want to lift a little heavier but are anxious without someone near, having your gym bestie can help that anxiety and push you through that fear to help you hit those PRs.

You and your bestie can constantly be checking each other form, filming each other to post on social or checking in with your trainer/coach as well!

Don’t forget the hype-up that comes along with having your Fit sis with you!

Ever skip your workout and then feel guilty about it? Or try to duck out of the gym early?
When you have a gym bestie you ladies can hold each other accountable.

Even a little competition never hurt anyone; having someone with you may make you push a little harder, lift a little heavier… all in good fun though!

Ever have gym anxiety? Grabbing your girl and hitting the gym together can help the anxiety, you focus on each other rather than all the worries that come along with being alone at the gym for the first time.

Fun bonus– Working out with a friend you will feel more confident to do those Instagram reels or tik tok challenges that look like so much fun.
