I’ve been working on my transformation since March 2018 and I’ve done a lot of different programs and worked with both online coaches and personal trainers. All of which got me to my goal weight in June of 2021.
I then changed my goal to gaining muscle and getting stronger! I did it on my own for awhile and then in September 2021 I was introduced to the Fit Club and @hannah.dawson.fitness through IG.
I decided to give it a try as I was looking for some mentorship in my fitness journey. The Fit Club has such a great FB community, amazing macro friendly recipes, and a variety of workout programs to choose from based on your goals.
Hannah has been amazing thus far and really goes above and beyond to help when you need it and provide support every step of the way. She really focuses on mindset which is so important. My mindset is in such a better place now and I will continue to make it a priority everyday.
In the short time I’ve been a FCB, and now an ambassador, I’ve not only seen great progress, but I’ve also become part of an amazing team of strong women!
