Learn to focus on getting stronger in your workouts, stronger with your choices, stronger in your mindset, and everything will change.

I really teach all the women to track their workouts, nutrition, and mindset in the FCB. If you can focus on changing this daily, that will create habits that will get you closer to your goal you will fall in love with the process.
