Its less about intensity and more about consistency

Just because you spend all your energy and day cleaning your house does not mean it will never get messy or dirty again. The best way is to tidy up every day in each room in that way; you only have to do 15-30 minutes, and it’s tidy all the time verse 6 hours of cleaning for 1 hour of clean space.

Doing a month of crazy amounts of cardio and restricting your food will not guarantee long-term success. It’s the small things you do each day, like drinking enough water, getting enough sleep, moving your body for 30 minutes, and trying to eat 80% of your day from whole foods.

Versus working out for 1-2 hours of exercise daily, cutting out food groups or restrictions the times you eat and feeling emotional and miserable.

You have to realize results take time; it’s not going to happen overnight; in a week or even in a month, you must build a routine you love, and that makes you happy.

Remember, little by little, a little becomes a lot.
