FIT IN 30 Program

FIN30 is a series of timed weighted circuit style workouts that are only 30 minutes long with the option of 3x, 4x or 5x week. These workouts will take your fitness to the next level in 4 weeks.

 

FIN30 3x a week and these workouts are full-body with 3 levels to choose from

FIN30 4x a week and these workouts are an upper-lower body split with 2 levels to choose from

FIN30 5x week is a mixture of upper, lower, full-body and cardio with 3 levels to choose from.

 

FIN30 is for those of all fitness levels looking to fit their workouts in their busy schedule to weighted circuit style training. This program is designed to enhance energy levels, improve strength and cardio conditioning and change your overall body composition.

WHAT CAN YOU ACHIEVE?

IN JUST FOUR WEEKS, FIT IN 30 will equip you with positive, life-long health and fitness habits. By completing this program, you can improve your overall health and fitness, reduce body fat if desired, and gain confidence inside and outside of the gym.

 

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

FIN30 are 4 Week Programs that provide you with easy-to-follow workouts that you can do anywhere, home or gym. There are 2-3 levels in each FN30 program so that you can increase your intensity and fitness level each month

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU NEED?​

A standard gym should provide all equipment required to complete gym workouts, but if you’re completing FIN30 from home, you’ll need:

✔️A set of dumbbells (ideally two sets, one lighter for the upper body, and a heavier set for the lower body)

✔️Booty bands

✔️Ankle weights

✔️Resistance bands

✔️A skipping rope

✔️An exercise ball

✔️A yoga mat

✔️A bench or sturdy piece of furniture
