BBS METHOD

BBS METHOD is for those of all fitness levels looking to train for their specific body type. These programs are designed to enhance energy levels, improve strength and cardio conditioning and change your overall body composition.

This program is great for those with an endomorph body type and or more fat to lose.

This program is great for those with an ectomorph body type and or who want to put on muscle.
BIKINI SCULPT & SHRED
This program is great for those that would like to maintain lean muscle mass while burning those last few pounds of fat.
BBS METHOD will equip you with positive, life-long health and fitness habits in just four weeks. By completing one of these programs, you can improve your overall health and fitness, reduce body fat, build muscle or a little bit of both and gain confidence inside and outside of the gym.
BBS METHOD are 12 week Programs that provides you with effective home and gym workout options.You will enjoy 4-5 workouts per week, broken into four unique training levels that last 3 weeks each and increase in intensity as you progress.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED
A standard gym should provide all equipment required to complete gym workouts, but if you’re completing BBS from home, you’ll need:
✔️A set of dumbbells (ideally two sets, one lighter for the upper body, and a heavier set for the lower body)
✔️Booty bands
✔️Ankle weights
✔️Resistance bands
✔️A skipping rope
✔️An exercise ball
✔️A yoga mat
✔️A bench or sturdy piece of furniture
