Butts & Gutts Challange
The 30-Day BUTTS & GUTS Challenge is designed to build you a firm butt and tight core. The structure of this fitness plan gives you the opportunity to improve your fitness and reshape your body while allowing the glutes muscles and core muscles adequate focus.
So how does the 30-Day Butt & Gut challenge Challenge work? Each day you have a different Workout that will have a focus on either your glutes AKA your butt & core or a little bit of both. This beats boredom and works your muscles efficiently because your body won’t expect the different exercises. Whether you’re new or skilled at working out, each workout is tiered to challenge any fitness level. The goal is to get you stronger, fitter, and healthier in a month—without getting bored.
The workouts are Anywhere from 30-60 mins depending on your fitness level and time frame. All my workouts are designed to fit your life, your schedule, time frame and fitness level and be fun!
all the workouts use minimal equipment, as long as you have a set of dumbbells and a band that’s all you need.
We have an awesome community you will get to be apart of with other women doing the challenge that you can connect with and keep you inspired and motivated.
