The Booty Project Challenge
This is an 8-week glute building program.
You will have an upper and lower split workout with one HIIT day and one cardio day.
There are 4 blocks each block will last two weeks that means you will repeat each workout twice.
You will build & sculpt your muscles in this program and burn fat.
