Gym Newbie 1 Challenge
Welcome to your Gym Newbie Program, a 3-day per week workout plan designed to guide you through a balanced and effective fitness routine. The program is structured with an Upper Day, followed by a Lower Day, and a Cardio Core & Sculpt Day, each lasting around 45 minutes. We’ve tailored this program to incorporate machine exercises, ensuring a focus on building strength while promoting proper form until you feel confident with free weights.
