Butts & Guts 2.0 Challenge

6- week program to help you tighten your core, shape your glutes and enhance your overall body composition.

This program works in Phases of 2-week blocks for a total of 3 phases.

This program is for all fitness levels.

6 workouts a week and workouts range from 25-60 minutes.
