Bikini Build x4 Challenge
Bikini build x4 is a 6-week program that consists of 4 upper/lower splits. You will have two lower-body workouts and two upper-body workouts.
You will repeat these workouts for 6 weeks with an emphasis on progressive overload and proper form and technique.
With these workouts, it’s best to do two back-to-back workouts, then have a rest day and do two more with two rest days.
Example:
Monday: lower body
Tuesday: upper body
Wednesday: rest/ or LISS
Thursday: lower body
Friday: upper body
Saturday: rest/ mobility
Sunday: rest
