Bikini build x3 Challenge
Bikini build x3 is a 6-week program that consists of 3 full body workouts a week.
You will repeat these workouts for 6 weeks with an emphasis on progressive overload and proper form and technique.
Make sure with these workouts you don’t do them back to back but incorporate a rest day in between.
