You have 4 blocks today.
The first block is your warm-up.
The second block is s circuit that you will complete A1-A3 before you rest for a total of 3 rounds.
The third block you will do like circuit B1-B3 but this circuit is a single leg so you will have to do each leg for a total of 6 sets for one round and you will repeat 2 rounds of this circuit.
The fifth is a Finisher and is optional and is timed.
