Your Monday sets your tone for the whole week. I never feel like working out right before I start; I’ve had to train my mind to do it anyway.
I tell myself every time I’m struggling to get my workout done or my meal prep; I talk to myself like this:
“I will feel so much better when I’m done.”
Your self-talk is going to be so crucial in your fitness journey. It will make or break your results!
You’re seldom going to feel like doing the things that are good for you; you have to discipline yourself to do them anyway.
