If you don’t see your workouts as important meetings you won’t prioritize them.
I don’t have time to workout is an EXCUSE! I can’t find time to work out is an EXCUSE!
You have to make time and be better with time management.
How to schedule your workouts:
1. Set SMART goals ( see podcast episode 2 on the FCB )
2. How much time do you have to commit to your workout?
3. What days can you make that time commitment work? and what time of day?
Once you have these put it in your calendar, the more prepared you are the better success you’ll have.
