I know this can be hard; patience is hard in our instant world.
You won’t achieve your dream body without patience and consistency.
If you think you can do some workouts here and there and eat one or two healthy days a week and see results you won’t, you need to have a plan and follow that plan and track your progress.
Now, this doesn’t mean you can’t have a relaxed day or one or two treat days, just as long as what takes priority takes up 80% of your time.
Every step you take, every choice you make, is either moving you towards your goal or away from your goal.
