Life happens, and that can interfere with your habits. If I miss one day, I try to get back into it as quickly as possible.
James Clear reminds us, “the first mistake is never the one that ruins you. It is the spiral of repeated mistakes that follow. Missing once is an accident. Missing twice is the start of a new habit.”
Summing this up FCB, anytime to fall or mess up. Get up as quickly as you can.
If you mess up on your meal plan start the next meal, if you miss a workout do it the next day. Don’t wait it will never be better than the moment right in front of you.
