YOU ARE FORGETTING HOW FAR YOU HAVE COME

One of the worst things we can do is forget to reflect.

 

Reflecting gives us perspective on any situation, and when it comes to our goals, it’s easy to have a magnifying glass on the moment in front of us.

 

If we do this, we don’t see the whole picture; I’m sure you have seen transformation story and you are blown away at either the before and after pics of their body or their life. I know I am; what we don’t realize is those moments where nothing seemed different until they looked back at where they used to be.
