Welcome to Month 3, Beginners! You’ve made it to the final month of Phase 1, and we’re kicking things up a notch! This month, you’ll be following a 3-day full-body split that combines a push-pull structure with circuits. This structure will help you build strength while boosting your endurance. Each workout will focus on different areas, with groups of 3 exercises (circuits) performed together to challenge your body in a dynamic and effective way.
