Are you ready to learn Hannah’s and build your best body? If the answer is yes, then this is the Program for you!
There are 4 phases/blocks in this program, and each of them consists of 4 weeks.
Each phase will have a new method of training, with the goal of hypertrophy – this means building lean muscle to help burn fat and sculpt your ultimate body.
Each month the methods of training will change so make sure to read your workout notes, exercise, reps, and tempo.
